Job Description and Duties

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Technician to support the Race and Equity Central Operations (RECO) Section. As a key member of our team, you will provide a range of clerical support functions, including scheduling meetings, writing and tracking correspondence, maintaining subject matter files, and on-boarding activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders
  • Write and track correspondence, including emails, letters, and reports
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date subject matter files, ensuring easy access to critical information
  • Support on-boarding activities, including processing new employee paperwork and providing orientation
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry and record-keeping
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
