- Talent Acquisition and Management: Conduct interviewing and hiring of Retail branch team members in conjunction with the Assistant Branch Manager and Regional Manager.
- Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Bank products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven success in sales, business development, and team leadership; 4 years' experience in retail or branch banking environment.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to small business banking; ability to maintain strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
- Work Environment: Work involves eye strain due to constant use of computer screens, reading of reports, and so forth.
- Concentration and Communication: Work involves being able to concentrate on the matter at hand, under sometimes distracting work conditions, and ability to read, hear, write, and communicate professionally both in person and via telephone.
- Travel: Work involves some travel to attend meetings, training, and so forth.
