Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our affordable housing properties in Santa Monica. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our properties, providing excellent customer service to our residents, and collaborating with our staff to achieve our organization's goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between tenants, maintenance staff, and management to ensure prompt resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze financial data to prepare budgets and forecasts, and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Benefits:
