About the Job

We are seeking an experienced associate property manager to join our team. This individual will provide day-to-day administrative support to our Property Management team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including answering calls, responding to emails, and updating records.
  • Assist with maintenance requests, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Conduct leasing tours, inspect vacant units, and perform move-in/move-out inspections as needed.
  • Manage office tasks, projects, and correspondence, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Resolve resident questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum one year of property management experience.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AppFolio management software.
  • A valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel within the service area.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
