Our operational hours are designed to promote a healthy work-life balance, with no evening, weekend, or holiday shifts required.

This position includes a competitive sign-on bonus and offers a part-time schedule of 0.75 FTE (60 hours per two-week pay period). The typical work hours include Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday shifts, with specific times that may vary based on clinic requirements.
Key Responsibilities


As a vital member of the patient care team, the Medical Assistant will uphold high standards of patient and family-centered care. Responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and documenting patient information during visits.
  • Ensuring compliance with all healthcare policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborating effectively with physicians and healthcare team members.
  • Performing both high and low-risk technical procedures, including medication administration and assisting with lab draws.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and a commitment to continuous improvement in patient care.


Qualifications


Required:
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program or LPN.
- Basic Life Support Certification.

Preferred:
- Experience in ambulatory care.
- AAMA Certification.
- Familiarity with pediatric care and vaccine administration.
