Job Overview: As a NOC Lead, you will be tasked with overseeing and enhancing all facets of cloud platform operations. This position requires adept management of teams, effective communication with clients, and collaboration with internal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Linux system engineers and cloud platform operations specialists.
  • Become proficient in the iboss cloud platform, making essential technical decisions during incident management.
  • Lead and document the escalation of incidents.
  • Engage with internal teams and clients, offering technical guidance and updates.
  • Direct the Incident Management team and promote continuous enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to network security and compliance standards.
  • Implement and sustain services and support tools on cloud platforms such as Linux.
  • Collaborate on monitoring solutions and refine processes for improved service levels.

Qualifications:

  • Exhibit extensive expertise in cloud platforms and high-availability infrastructure.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Internet technologies and Linux systems.
  • Bring over 3 years of IT leadership experience.
  • Effectively manage scalable infrastructure and technical projects.
  • Emphasize teamwork and problem-solving in a 24/7 support setting.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills in troubleshooting complex technical environments.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
