The Public Safety Officer is a critical role at Wild Rose Casino & Resort, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Protect and monitor company assets, including cash, property, and personnel.
  • Provide close escorts for high-value assets and personnel as needed.
  • Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment for all guests and employees.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security or law enforcement role preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
Compensation

$13.00 per hour.
