Job Title: Critical Care Technician PRN - Trauma Surgical ICU

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Critical Care Technician PRN - Trauma Surgical ICU to join our team. As a Critical Care Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our team of registered nurses, trauma surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing
  • Assist with patient transfers and admissions
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of an unlicensed healthcare provider/technician program
  • 1 year or more patient care experience in a similar role
  • AHA Basic Life Support certification required
