Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Front Desk Activities:
    • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to members and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
    • Answer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner, addressing member inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Check members in, tour, and sign up new members, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
    • Log amenities and communicate updates and events to members and guests, keeping them informed and engaged.
    • Respond to member questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
    • Conduct beverage or merchandise purchases on our point-of-sale system, ensuring accurate transactions and excellent customer service.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance:
    • Take pride in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment for members and guests.
    • Perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, including mopping up spills, trash removal, cleaning windows and mirrors, and re-racking weights.
    • Regularly clean and maintain all exercise equipment and tanning beds, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for members.
    • Regularly clean and maintain restrooms and wet areas, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for members.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
    • Prior customer service experience preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to maintain physical ability to perform CPR/AED in the event of a medical emergency.
