  • Prepares and serves meals for regular and special occasions, managing portion sizes and resource utilization effectively.
  • Assists in food preparation tasks as required.
  • Organizes and sets up food service items and condiments before meal times or events, ensuring high standards of quality and punctuality.
  • Adheres to HACCP food safety regulations and cleaning protocols during service and clean-up, including dishwashing and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintains cleanliness in kitchen, service areas, and dining spaces according to established schedules, ensuring proper food storage and monitoring food temperatures as necessary.
  • Restocks dining area supplies such as dishes, condiments, and utensils; prepares the area for subsequent service as time allows.
  • Tracks and manages monthly inventory and supply orders as needed.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Familiarity with federal sanitation standards related to facilities, equipment, and utensils.
  • Understanding of the operation and upkeep of kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, ovens, steamers, and refrigeration units.
  • Effective communication skills in a professional setting.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks while upholding quality standards.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
