Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment? Aerotek is hiring a Machine Operator for our Franklin Township, New Jersey location. If you have over 2+ years' experience in encapsulation and liquid encapsulation processes, we want you on our team

What You'll Do:
  • Operate and Set Up Machines: Manage Liquid Filling and Banding Sealing machines according to SOPs and cGMP regulations.
  • Ensure Quality and Efficiency: Oversee production line performance, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Perform Maintenance: Conduct cleaning, light mechanical adjustments, and basic routine maintenance.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Complete and sign operation logs and batch records, ensuring full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect and Test Products: Perform quality inspections, sampling, and testing during operations.
  • Cross-Train: Learn to operate a variety of equipment within the manufacturing area to support the production process.
Essential Skills:
  • Experience: 2+ years in GMP environments (pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, etc.).
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to perform light mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with SOPs and cGMPs.
  • Adaptability: Capable of operating multiple similar machines simultaneously and cross-training in other areas.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
  • Quality Focus: Ensure product quality through thorough inspection, sampling, and testing.
  • Hygiene Standards: Maintain proper gowning and hygiene to ensure product integrity.
  • Team Player: Support a positive and collaborative work environment.
Work Environment:
  • Temperature-Controlled: Work in a comfortable, temperature-controlled environment.
  • Rotating Schedule: Starting January 2025, we will operate 24/7 with shifts rotating between 4-12 hour days one week and 3-12 hour days the next.
  • Unique Setting: Be prepared for a work environment that may have a smell of fish oils due to the nature of the products.
