Job Description

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the efficient flow of products, and supporting the overall inventory management process. This role involves tracking inventory levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and coordinating with various departments to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update the inventory management system regularly.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the Inventory Manager.
  • Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Prepare and generate inventory reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
Hard Skills
  • 1 year warehouse experience (preferably in shipping and receiving)
  • Forklift experience (bonus)
  • English proficiency

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Franklin Township, New Jersey.

Work Environment

2nd shift is 2pm-10:30pm.
