Injury Claims Adjuster

We are seeking a highly skilled Injury Examiner to join our team at USAA. As a dedicated professional, you will be responsible for adjusting complex bodily injury claims and UIM claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims in compliance with state laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate loss details, determine legal liability, and evaluate claims to ensure fair and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate claims resolution and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain expertise in complex bodily injury claims and UIM claims, staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
- 4+ years of casualty adjusting experience
- Expert knowledge and understanding of the auto claims contract, case law, and state laws and regulations
- Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts
USAA offers a competitive salary range of $81,770 - $156,290, based on experience and market data. Additionally, employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance.
