Key Responsibilities- Sales Focus
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all regional vessels, products, enhancements, pricing, and scripting to effectively sell our services.
- Attain weekly prospecting goals through proactive client outreach to identify warm leads for the account management team.
- Prioritize overflow of inbound port leads, respond quickly, and engage with clients to increase sales.
- Present pricing and promotions to guests, keeping them engaged and driving sales.
- Handle objections by utilizing vast product knowledge and providing solutions.
- Take the lead on post-contract follow-ups, including passenger count adjustments and upsells to groups, to drive incremental revenue.
- Upsell existing guests to higher-value options and enhancements.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including site visits and client meetings, to support the account management team.
- Drive prospecting efforts and close sales under the direction of the regional director of sales.
- Attend networking events with the account management team to drive awareness in local markets.
- Serve as a resource for the national sales team, conducting site visits and greeting clients upon boarding.
- Guest Service
- Assume the role of event coordinator and handle all cruise detailing, focusing on public dining cruise and deck charter orders.
- Ensure accurate product details are communicated to the Food & Beverage and Operation teams for proper product execution.
- Be present during highly detailed events, serving as a liaison between sales and operations.
- Stand in for the event coordination team when needed and ensure boats are site-ready.
- Drive post-cruise follow-ups, thanking guests for their business, gaining feedback, asking for referrals, rebooking, and requesting surveys.
- Work with the Regional Director of Sales to resolve guest issues in a timely manner.
- Administrative
- Effectively plan and manage sales activities in assigned markets using the Salesforce CRM system.
- Accurately book and manage reservations and cruise details using Salesforce CRM and Reservation systems.
- Maintain good organizational skills through time management, setting priorities, and accurate paperwork.
- Send weekly reports as directed by the Regional Director of Sales.
- Compile necessary reports for two-week meetings, ensuring all cruise details are visible for sales and operations teams.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support or selling role.
- Entry-level applicants are welcomed to apply.
- Effective communication in oral and written form.
- Maintain a high level of organization.

- Handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
- Focus on guest needs.
- Meet deadlines.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate site inspections and guest needs.
