Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate cases with opposing legal counsel.
  • Oversee litigation processes from start to finish.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Prepare legal motions and complaints.
  • Participate in dispositive motion hearings.
  • Manage an individual caseload effectively.


Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience is preferred.
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Experience in Federal Court is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mediation processes.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines.
