Job Duties:
- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, including verifying registration details and credit information, and balancing financial transactions.
- Go above and beyond to assist guests, including handling luggage, providing directions, arranging wake-up calls, and managing future reservations.


- Provide information to guests and visitors; coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements courteously and efficiently, and inform guests about hotel services, features, and room amenities.

- Answer hotel telephones courteously and efficiently, adhering to brand-specific standards.


- Prepare, set up, stock, and clean, ensuring quality beverages and food products are consistently provided to all guests by following all recipe and presentation standards.

- Be knowledgeable about the operation of the POS system.


- Assist guests with food orders and serve food and beverage items in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

- Utilize suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean and organized environment for guests by clearing tables during service.


- Follow brand-specific operational policies and procedures, including those for cash and credit card handling, safety and security, and all other policies and standards to consistently exceed guest expectations.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
