About the Role:

The Manufacturing Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products. This individual will be responsible for providing and supporting manufacturing equipment, materials, and processes to meet customer quality and delivery specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain machine programs and profiles for new and existing products.
  • Assist in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators.
  • Troubleshoot operator problems and work with leadership on training and process improvements.
  • Communicate problems to Engineers and/or leadership.
  • Assist in testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes.
  • Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
  • Comply with all company security policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 0-3+ years of electronics experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities as required.
  • Effective organization and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups.
  • Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance, exercising discretion and independent judgment.
  • Understanding of and ability to use continuous improvement tools.
  • Strong customer service and client focus.
  • Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software.
  • Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.

Education:

A 2-year Engineering or Technical degree is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
