About the Role:

Digital Risk is seeking a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and concise information to customers regarding our products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
