Adamas Building Services is seeking a dedicated Concierge with a background in upscale residential environments.
As a prominent provider in the Residential Services sector, we manage various properties in the Fort Lee, New Jersey area.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.
- Welcome and assist visitors to ascertain the purpose of their visit.
- Guide guests to their intended destinations.
- Check-in and notify residents of arriving guests.
- Handle the receipt of packages and deliveries.
- Address and resolve any complaints from residents or guests.
- Perform basic clerical tasks such as answering phones, faxing, and copying.
Thursday to Monday, 11 PM to 7 AM
Compensation:
$15.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year experience in a Front Desk or Office setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high-quality service.
- Physical capability to lift items up to 25 pounds.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, including multi-line phones and printers.
- Dependable and punctual with flexible availability.
- Commitment to supporting the company's vision, mission, and core values.
- Weekly pay schedule.
- Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including a 40k match after one year of service.
