  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Licensure: Valid Driver's License
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Assistant will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to physical demands, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy objects. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
