Job OverviewAt HDL Research Lab Inc, we are seeking a skilled Deburr Technician to join our machine shop team. The successful candidate will be responsible for deburring parts that have completed all machining operations, ensuring high-quality finishes and meeting specifications.Key Responsibilities
  • Deburr machined components, utilizing various abrasive tooling to remove loose burrs and sharp edges.
  • Wash components thoroughly, ensuring all parts are free of debris, coolant, dirt, or other contaminants.
  • Maintain accurate work records and adhere to safe operating procedures when using tools and equipment.
  • Wear personal protective equipment as required.
  • Assist with shop maintenance and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical drawings, schematics, and production documents.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, walk, and perform physical tasks as required.
