About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Raytheon team as a Test Engineer for CCM High Mix. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the 2nd shift production floor in a test engineering capacity, including training test operators, troubleshooting test equipment and production hardware, and analyzing systemic production failures.
  • Work closely with Test Operators, Quality engineering, process engineering, and operations staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot failures on CCAs by data analysis and visual inspection, identifying trends in defects and working with the appropriate teams to resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and improve production test procedures, reviewing and commenting on all production procedures maintained across the production floor.
  • Integration of process improvements and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree.
  • 2+ years of experience with RF testing equipment and troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required, and U.S. citizenship is required for a security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience preparing and executing procedures and troubleshooting systems using general test equipment.
  • Ability to operate under minimal supervision and work independently.
