Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and test precision instrumentation and control systems
- Collaborate with engineers from multiple disciplines to enhance the performance of precision systems
- Prototype advanced electro-mechanical packaging for precision products
- Develop and implement new assembly processes, including documentation
- Set up tests, collect and analyze data
- Perform general lab organization and maintenance
- Occasional travel to the Methuen facility
- Minimum 2+ years' experience or associate degree
- Strong communication skills and ability to work from drawings and written descriptions
- Experience working with precision mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical assemblies
- Proficiency with hand and small power tools, soldering stations, and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with standard electronics testing equipment is a plus
