Job Description
As a Housekeeper with National Corporate Housing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of quality and service for our guests. Your responsibilities will include ensuring all apartments meet company standards, preparing and cleaning apartments for new guests, checking in and checking out all assigned keys, reporting maintenance issues or items needed in units, maintaining inventory necessary to perform daily duties, developing and maintaining on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors, maintaining accurate records of miles driven and daily activity, daily communication with staff, and flexibility for last minute changes needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure all apartments meet company standards
  2. Prepare and clean apartments for new guests, getting them ready in best possible shape
  3. Check-in and check-out all assigned keys
  4. Report maintenance issues or items needed in units
  5. Maintain inventory necessary to perform daily duties, including light bulbs, batteries, cable wires, cleaning supplies, and lock boxes
  6. Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors
  7. Maintain accurate records of miles driven and daily activity
  8. Daily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • 2 years' experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Basic English skills
  • High level of attention to detail
Compensation:
  • $19.25-$23.50/hour
