KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the processing of pledges, checks, wires, and credit card donations on a daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate donor records in Raiser's Edge, ensuring the creation of new accounts and updates to existing ones.
  • Input donations into Raiser's Edge and facilitate the transfer of information to NetSuite for financial tracking.
  • Prepare and reconcile daily reports related to recurring gifts and online contributions.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Administrator to process employee donations through payroll deductions.
  • Communicate with National Development or Regional Offices to gather additional information necessary for donation processing.
  • Adjust donor gifts in Raiser's Edge as required and provide necessary documentation to the Finance Assistant for adjustments in NetSuite.
  • Supply back-up documentation for endowment and restricted fund gifts to the Controller.
  • Assist Development staff in engaging with donors through online customer service, addressing inquiries regarding tax receipts and donor records.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
  • Ability to effectively utilize computer applications for revenue recording and adapt to new software systems.

  • Willingness to assist with tasks beyond immediate job responsibilities.
  • A demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and values.
