Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager on Duty with the coordination of activities of associates within the department.
  • Oversee, monitor, and participate in the preparation and service of food and beverage items while adhering to company food standards for presentation, sanitation, and safety.
  • Direct and participate in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and associates in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Oversee the productivity and breaks of associates and communicate performance issues to management.
  • Help onboard and train associates; may conduct pre-service meetings.
  • Properly handle cash; complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including weekly inventory, cash reports, and production records.
  • Respond to customer needs and requests; resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist in menu planning and ordering procedures using appropriate company programs and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
