Academic Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join our team as an Academic Track faculty member at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional psychiatric adult inpatient services for the University of Minnesota Medical Center academic units.
- Work collaboratively with inpatient leadership to achieve the missions of clinical, education, and research.
- Lead by example and engage learners and staff in creating a positive work environment that values excellence and teamwork.
- Support coverage for other providers when needed, including evening and weekend coverage.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Psychiatry residency training program.
- Board certified/Board eligible.
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
