Job Summary:
The Clinical Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of assigned units within MelroseWakefield Healthcare. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager/Director, this coordinator will be responsible for developing and mentoring nursing staff, providing clinical support, and managing patient flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve nursing staff performance and patient care
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching
- Manage patient flow and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient care delivery
- Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Manager/Director to develop and implement unit-specific policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of unit-specific goals and objectives
Requirements:
- RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- BSN degree
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or charge role
