About This Role

We're seeking a seasoned Go-To-Market Lead to spearhead our EU expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the EU market, launching new markets, and leading marketing strategies.

Our success is built on a localized approach, investing in local teams, and adapting our product, curriculum, and GTM strategies to meet the needs of each market. We're looking for a leader who can balance local input with our centralized growth playbook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own growth performance of the EU market across all key metrics
  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives for the EU market
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and targeted user acquisition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive content creation, creative development, and localization efforts
  • Communicate market-specific product needs to HQ and work closely with product/engineering to deliver on them
  • Build strong relationships with global teams and establish policies that promote company culture and vision locally
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve business objectives and ensure team motivation
Requirements
  • Generalist marketer with strong technical skills to think about campaigns, channels, and priorities quantitatively
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in tech startups in a growth or marketing role, ideally growing a foreign company or product domestically in the EU
  • Proficient in analytics and using insights to inform decision-making, especially in the context of marketing and attribution
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to partner effectively with other teams across markets and disciplines
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to build high-performance teams
  • Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in both English and at least one local language
  • Willing to travel as needed to HQ and other offices
  • Passionate about the problem and mission we're trying to solve
