Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our team at Green Bay Packaging Inc. as a Production Associate. This is a full-time opportunity working on the 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday, 10pm-6am.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately report time, production, and material usage.
  • Set up machines, prepare materials, and retrieve paper from storage.
  • Enter production information into a computer system.
  • Report irregularities, maintenance needs, and quality problems to relevant staff.
  • Assist the crew in running, changing over, starting up, and cleaning the machine.
  • Verify dimensions on corrugated board to ensure a quality product.
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Good human relations skills and strong verbal communication skills are essential.
