Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Athletic Trainer to join our team at McBride Orthopedic Hospital. As a key member of our sports medicine department, you will provide expert evaluation, prevention, treatment, education, and emergency care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide athletic training services to patients under the direction of the Director of Physical Therapy.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with the Athletic State Practice Act and McBride Policy and Procedure.
  • Collaborate with licensed physical therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest athletic training techniques and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Oklahoma State Licensure Certificate from the National Athletic Trainers Association.
  • Current healthcare provider level CPR certification and current first aid certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training or related field.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in athletic training.
  • Awareness of state regulations for Clinical Athletic Trainers and commitment to professional practice with the Association.
