Main Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
