Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a meticulous Automotive Billing Coordinator to enhance our dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in automotive billing, familiarity with Verifi, and a strong attention to detail. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions within our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Automotive Billing Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

  • Inputting new and used vehicle inventory into CDK/NYS Verifi
  • Processing billing for sales transactions
  • Managing wholesale billing activities
  • Handling swap billing processes
  • Maintaining the police book via Verifi
  • Following up on missing titles and 901 documentation
  • Upholding a professional appearance and maintaining a clean work area
