Job Summary

  • Quality Inspection: Conduct visual, dimensional, and 1st article inspections on manufactured components to ensure they meet blueprint and planning requirements.
  • Process Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and accuracy in our manufacturing operations.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and quality data.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, processes, and procedures; ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
