Job Title: Senior Aerospace/Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aerospace/Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Air Force Research Laboratory (ARFL), Edwards, AFB, CA.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned engineer to lead a team of engineers and work on complex aerospace and mechanical systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or a related field, and will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers
  • Design and develop complex aerospace and mechanical systems
  • Work with systems personnel to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Write and review technical documentation and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of mechanical and aerospace systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
