Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a Grinder Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating CNC or manual grinders to perform a series of grinding operations on precision mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate grinding machines to perform O/D, I/D, boring, and facing operations on components.
  • Follow quality and safety rules to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Inspect workpieces for conformance to specifications using gauges and measuring devices.
  • Verify preset gauges for proper calibration and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in machine setup and operation of precision grinding machines.
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Previous experience reading and interpreting blueprints and work instructions in English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an entire shift.
