Job Summary:

The Master Electrician is a key member of our electrical construction team, responsible for coordinating electrical construction jobs and projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate electrical construction jobs and projects with the Electrical Field Operations Manager
* Plan, organize, and control resources to maximize productivity and meet project budgets
* Assist on projects as the Electrical Lead, ensuring quality and proper training of Crew Leaders and Helpers
* Aid in the education and enforcement of company policy and procedures, including site safety concerns
* Work directly with local Fire Marshalls, Inspectors, and other officials to ensure compliance with State and National Agencies

Requirements:

* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
