Job Summary:

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer position is responsible for driving PEP's Artificial Intelligence programs, including research, development, and implementation. The focus will be on workflow automation and optimization for our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technology terms.
  • Develop algorithms and programming code for software solutions.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain good coding practices.
  • Provide understanding and guidance on future development initiatives.
  • Provide leadership on technology issues.
  • Design, build, test, and implement software code required by PEP.
  • Design the logic that delivers the requested functionality.
  • Provide avenue for future enhancements.
  • Software development experience in Python, R, C#, MS Transact-SQL, SQL Server, Microsoft Power Platform, PowerShell, OCR, Telerik Toolset, AJAX, JQuery, Javascript, C#.NET, and ASP.NET MVC.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years previous information technology and applications experience.
  • Degree in information technology or equivalent education/experience.
  • Demonstrated communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and operate internal, online systems.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to be client-facing and mentor, grow, and work harmoniously as part of a larger team.
  • Ability to do intermediate-level math and problem solve.
  • Effectively utilize staff and manage healthy business processes.
