Job Summary
HH MedStar Health Inc. seeks a skilled Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure patient access to care at our medical office location.
This role involves planning, managing, and coordinating all patient care activities while implementing organizational policies and procedures.
We are looking for a qualified candidate with 3-4 years of healthcare/medical office experience and 2 years of general management experience in an ambulatory care setting.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of compliance standards.
A bachelor's degree in health care administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight for the daily operations of the medical office and ensure patient access to care.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining a professional environment in the medical office.
- Adjust operations to maintain peak performance, establish and maintain appropriate levels of equipment and supplies, and assist with growth and development of the practice.
- C coordinate and lead meetings regularly to keep team informed of MHS and MMG goals, practice goals, and policy changes.
- Coordinate the schedule for new providers and modify existing provider schedules as appropriate.
- Monitors scheduling practices and staffing levels to ensure patient needs and financial goals are met.
- Ensures patient satisfaction with the medical group's performance on all levels.
- Responds timely to patient concerns and requests for information.
- Engages in service recovery activities as appropriate.
- Routinely reviews CGCAHPS data and develops action plans to address areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-4 years healthcare/medical office experience
- 2 years general management experience; preferably in an ambulatory care setting
- May require 2 years of Oncology practice management and infusion experience
- Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field preferred
- Courses in medical terminology preferred
Estimated Salary Range: $70,428 - $131,310 per year
