The Opportunity
We're seeking a Chief Medical Director for Primary Care Innovation who shares our passion for human-centered primary care.
This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhance the quality of care, and drive innovation in primary care delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care.

Additional compensation information: The base salary range for this role is $138,000 to $250,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
