Essential Qualifications:

  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management capabilities, with the ability to motivate a team and foster a positive work environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building systems and maintenance practices, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in maintenance planning and documentation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications may be required based on local regulations.
