Job Title: MES Technical Lead

Job Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)


Job Description:

We are looking for a MES Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role will work with internal teams and customers to deliver MES applications including design, software development, testing and startup plant assistance to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with customer to run successful workshops for understanding the current landscapes and define future landscapes.

Derive functional requirement/s and convert into solution road-map/s.

Technical design and development for MES functionalities

Understand MES user stories and come up with solutioning

Prepare demos to show to clients as part of deliverables

Configuration and customization of MES system based on MES user stories

Required Skills:

Minimum 8-10 years of experience including relevant MES implementation experience

Hands on technical experience in implementing MES systems like TrakSYS or any other MES system like Apriso/GE Proficy/Syncade/IP.21 etc

Proven experience with cross system Integration LIMS/Trackwise/JDA BY/PCS

Excellent communication and client management skills

Enjoys working in teams and collaborative environment
