We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Vacasa. As a Parking Attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our resort guests.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests and offer luggage assistance as needed, including check-in and check-out.
- Promptly greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining, and directions.
- Keep the main entrance clean and free of trash or other debris.
- Direct traffic flow for customers to and from the parking garage.
- Maintain positive customer and associate relationships by responding appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns, making service recovery recommendations, and promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments.
- Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Professional in all forms of communications, including email, phone calls, video calls, and texts.
- Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to give high priority to customer service.
- Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a Can-Do, positive attitude towards all guests and staff.
- Must be people-oriented and able to work independently or with others as needed.
Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, early mornings and evenings as needed.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time.
Reach overhead and below the waist.
Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist.
Compensation$15/hour.
