Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Coordinator to join our team at AccentCare. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality coordination of services for our clients and Care Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support the daily activities of services being provided to clients in accordance with state regulations and company policy.
  • Ensure the quality coordination of service for our clients and Care Partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of state regulations and company policies related to service delivery.
