Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare client in Chattanooga, Tennessee. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you will be responsible for handling clinic customer service functions related to billing, reimbursement, patient advocacy, and insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inquiries and address billing-related questions
  • Provide feedback and training to clinic staff
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Act as a liaison between clinics and the Revenue Cycle team

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Administration support role
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service Experience
  • Basic knowledge of clinic operations, patient registration, medical billing, or health insurance
