Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to individuals in mental health crises, offering counseling and connecting them to necessary resources
  • Navigate our Electronic Record system with ease, ensuring accurate data entry
  • Provide essential services daily at the Crisis Stabilization Unit and work closely with clients as they are admitted to or discharged from hospitals
  • Collaborate with outpatient locations to ensure continued engagement and focus on person-centered care plans
  • Identify and facilitate access to community support, ensuring individuals have access to the resources they need
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work, or other behavioral sciences
  • 2+ years of Behavioral health experience
