This role will collaborate with other departments to ensure resource availability for patient care needs and work collaboratively with other departments to monitor overall quality standards.

- Develop and implement financial proposals to support programs identified for the off-shift
- Assist in determining cost-effective strategies for patient care delivery
- Perform administrative functions for the Nursing Department as assigned
- Graduate of an approved School of Nursing, BSN and Master's Degree in Nursing or related field required
- Five years of clinical nursing experience required
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with patients and families, nursing staff and other disciplines
- Must have demonstrated ability in management of diverse activities associated with operating the Nursing Department
