Speridian's role is primarily centered around train-the-trainer initiatives and other responsibilities outlined below.

The position is remote, requiring alignment with specific time zones for essential meetings. Occasional travel may be necessary for training sessions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Development: Design and update training materials in collaboration with the Functional team, including the creation of manuals, online courses, and interactive content tailored to diverse skill levels and learning preferences.
  • Instruction: Facilitate engaging train-the-trainer sessions for both State and Vendor personnel regarding system enhancements.
  • Needs Assessment: Collaborate with the client's training office to pinpoint training requirements and customize programs to meet specific challenges and objectives.
  • Support: Offer individual or group assistance to employees, addressing inquiries or issues that arise during and post-training sessions.
  • Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, providing recommendations for enhancements.
  • Documentation: Keep precise records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years in IT training, technical support, or a related area, with a proven history of developing and delivering impactful training programs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in various IT systems, software applications, and troubleshooting methods. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal capabilities to foster relationships, inspire learners, and manage diverse participant groups.
  • Problem-solving: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming training challenges and enhancing program effectiveness.
