Position Summary

We are in search of a driven Financial Advisor to deliver outstanding financial and investment planning services. In this client-facing role, you will work closely with Managing Advisors and support teams to create and implement tailored client relationship strategies, aiming to enhance their financial well-being and build trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily client engagement activities as part of a collaborative team.
  • Assess and recommend suitable asset management and financial planning strategies to ensure a superior client experience.
  • Maintain proactive client relationships through exceptional service.
  • Assist in gathering financial planning data and collaborate with the Wealth Planning Department to formulate comprehensive financial plans.
  • Lead or support the preparation of asset management reports for clients.
  • Exhibit professional communication skills in all interactions with clients and team members.
  • Act as the primary contact for client relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure timely execution of advice.
  • Utilize Salesforce for accurate documentation and management of client data and tasks.
  • Prepare meeting materials, including agendas and investment analyses.
  • Draft follow-up communications post-client meetings to clarify discussions and outline next steps.
  • Manage follow-up tasks, ensuring client objectives are met.
  • Participate in client meetings and document meeting notes and action items.
  • Coordinate trade order execution with the Asset Management Department.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Enhance technical expertise in financial knowledge.
  • Identify further planning or asset management opportunities within existing client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • CFP designation required.
  • In-depth knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, including cash management, tax planning, insurance, education funding, retirement strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
  • Experience with financial planning software and deliverables.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Client Relationship Management systems like Salesforce.
