Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
+ Manages job advertisements across various platforms.
+ Anticipates and comprehends the local talent landscape, implementing workforce planning strategies to maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates.
+ Engages with all candidates reaching out to the onsite location, whether in person or digitally, ensuring they receive accurate information about Adecco, available opportunities, and guidance on job training and development programs in a clear and professional manner.
+ Cultivates and sustains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
+ Adheres to and executes necessary recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
+ Conducts behavioral interviews to assess candidates and identify optimal placement options.
+ Evaluates candidates to ensure alignment with qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility with client needs.
+ Performs moderately complex searches utilizing Adecco and online resources, analyzes outcomes, and adjusts strategies as needed to fulfill requirements.
+ Assists candidates with resume preparation, interview readiness, and coaching for specific roles.
+ Completes candidate hiring and onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational standards.
+ Develops and maintains a candidate pipeline in anticipation of future client requests.
+ Designs and implements effective recruiting strategies for specialized skill sets.
+ Creates, executes, and oversees innovative approaches to attract top talent and enhance retention.
+ Extends assignment offers, including negotiations on compensation and billing rates.
+ Facilitates interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring candidate preparation and client briefing.
+ Conducts follow-up discussions with candidates and clients post-interview.
+ Performs second-level screenings of potential candidates, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and company policies during the prescreening process.
+ Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submissions.
+ Maintains and updates candidate and associate records in the tracking database.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. A minimum of two to five years in the service provider sector is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of customer satisfaction, increased responsibilities, and successful collaboration with colleagues and management.

+ Process-oriented with a focus on KPIs.
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and database management, with the capacity to learn new software.

Compensation varies based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, key skills, and geographic location.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

Benefits for full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness programs, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.

Paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) accrued up to 152 hours annually, 10 Paid Holidays, 1 Community Service Day, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.

PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on the hire date within the calendar year.

Compensation Details:
